2010 1-09 Fletcher’s Cove with MultiSport Ministries

This weekend (1/09/10) we are meeting at the parking lot at Fletcher’s Cove in Solana Beach at 8:30. The guys from Multisport Ministries will be joining us as well. This week we’ll be riding north to San Clemente along the coast to pick up some good base miles. Total round trip is about 75 miles.

Also… this week we’ll have an optional brick workout at the end of the ride for you triathlon guys – so bring your running gear.
